What do You Think?
In the 1880's, Mayor William Howland exerted such moral influence in Toronto, Canada that the city became known as "Toronto the Good." Do we still believe that one righteous man or woman can exert that kind of influence?
If so, what kind of person would it take?
If not, why not?
If there is still a chance for revival in today's secularized world, what are some of the steps the church as a whole would need to take to bring about such revival?
As shame is removed from society through changing attitudes towards sin and through legislation such as the legalization of certain crimes, what do you think a future picture of our society will look like?
