What do You Think?
 Given the fact that Christians are commanded by Jesus to tell others about Christ, why do you think so many Christians today are timid about sharing their faith?
In Oscar Wilde's story The Portrait of Dorian Gray, Dorian was horrified to see the graphic image of what his sin-filled life really looked like. When he tried to destroy the image--to make it go away as if it never existed--he destroyed himself in the process. What are some of the parallels between this fictional character's actions and the efforts of modern society to accept immoral behavior?

The process which forces people to keep all spiritual beliefs to themselves is called privatization. Your beliefs must be kept completely separate from your interactions with others. What is obviously illogical about privatization?
How does society's growing acceptance of privatization ultimately impact the world:
- It helps all people live together in greater harmony
- It hurts the cause of Christ, but doesn't hurt anyone morally
- It hurts all of society both spiritually and morally
